• can I bring my dog with me? - Yes of course however for larger dogs please consider weight  restrictions and speak to a member of the crew.

• Do I need any experience? - No, Our crew gives a full safety briefing, including river etiquette and lock navigation.

• What happens if the weather is unsuitable?- Don't worry you are able to cancel the booking if the weather is not suitable.

• Can  I take the boat through the lock?- Yes we recommend all bookings for more than 2 hours navigate through the locks, all equipment is supplied.

• What if I need to cancel? - We require 24 hours notice on booking cancellations excluding weather related. Failing to comply results in loss of hire fee.

• Can i bring alcohol? We do not advise bringing large amounts of alcohol, no spirits are allowed and we will refuse hire to any person we think may be under the influence at hire start

• How fast are the boats?- all our hire boats are restricted to the maximum speed limit on the river 7mph
