• Can I bring my dog with me? - Yes of course however for larger dogs please consider weight  restrictions and speak to a member of the crew.

• Do I need any experience? - No, Our crew gives a full safety briefing, including river etiquette and lock navigation.

• What happens if the weather is unsuitable?- Don't worry you are able to cancel the booking if the weather is not suitable.

• Can  I take the boat through the lock?- Yes we recommend all bookings for more than 2 hours navigate through the locks, all equipment is supplied.

• What if I need to cancel? - We require 24 hours notice on booking cancellations excluding weather related. Failing to comply results to a £20 cancellation fee.
